Welcome to Hadisy AI Academy. By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Intellectual Property

The Services and all original content, features, functionality, and course materials (videos, documents, code snippets) are and will remain the exclusive property of Hadisy AI Academy and its licensors. The course content is provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any of our materials without prior written consent.

3. Payments and Billing

All course fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees to said payment method. Access to premium course content is granted only upon successful realization of payment.

4. Code of Conduct

While using our platform, you agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Post or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on the platform.
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose under Indian law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Hadisy AI Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hadisy AI Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
